Mayhem Style is a Borderlands iii selection providing configurable game-play alterations increasing both risk and reward. Availability is triggered by main story completion, and continues throughout Truthful Vault Hunter way.

Activation and configuration are performed using either the "Commotion" department of the character menu, or a mysterious Eridian terminal aboard Sanctuary III.

Overview

The Commotion Mode menu, displaying information, and customization options

Once enabled by either of the two aforementioned methods, although practice annotation that if playing on multiplayer, only the entrance hall host tin can toggle the Mayhem Style configuration, Mayhem Mode volition offer 10 difficulty levels, with each having a number of modifiers.

Effects

In exchange, Vault Hunters receive:

Mayhem Gear

Mayhem Mode, together with the same rewards and buffs, will at present offer a unique stats for equipment obtained while playing in Mayhem Style, known generally as "Mayhem Gear".[i]

Mayhem Gear does not add together unique new furnishings as the Anointed item bonuses, merely instead a passive buff that increases the proficiency of items. East.g. firearms will accept increased damage, and class mods will likewise have increased damage.

Tips
